Arrival Reception
On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, you will be welcomed and accompanied to your hotel in the city. The afternoon is left open for you to settle in and ease into the weekend at your own pace. In the evening, the group comes together at Equatorial Sky 51, with drinks and panoramic views across the Kuala Lumpur skyline providing a memorable introduction to the city before the Grand Prix begins.
Saturday
Qualifying day
Saturday begins with a relaxed morning at the hotel, allowing you time to enjoy the facilities before afternoon tea and the transfer to Sepang International Circuit. Welcomed to your Formula 1 Paddock Club suite at Sepang International Circuit, you will enjoy all-day hospitality, premium circuit views and scheduled pit lane walks before qualifying begins. After qualifying, you will return to Kuala Lumpur for a fine dining experience, bringing the day to a close through one of the city’s leading culinary destinations.

Race day
As the lights go out at Sepang, the Bahrain Grand Prix takes center stage. Experience the full intensity of the race from the Paddock Club through to the chequered flag, before continuing into the winning ceremony and post-race celebrations. The experience concludes with your return to Kuala Lumpur for a final evening in the city.
